Return / Refund Policy We take great pride in the products we hand make for your candle burning pleasure. Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are made to order when your order is placed, we thoroughly inspected all our products before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your purchase. |
| **IMPORTANT WARM WEATHER SHIPPING INFORMATION** Our soy candles are made to ship well in all climates, sometimes with high temperatures (over 100 degrees for extended periods of time) there is a very small possibility that the appearance of your candle can be effected. Frosting can occur at the top of the candle and this is actually normal with soy wax. We make every attempt to avoid this however, please be aware that conditions change rapidly during the summer ( June - Sept ) throughout the country and these factors are not in our control. Please contact us if you have any questions. |
| Shipping Policy All orders ship from our office in Miami Lakes, FL. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday - Friday. Overnight shipping may be available at an additional charge. Please contact customer service to request overnight delivery.
* If shipped ground, packages should be received within 2-7 days after the order leaves our warehouse. Order ship 24-48 hrs after order is placed. During busy seasons, holidays and special promotions orders can take up to 5 business days to ship. Please plan accordingly. |
